Improving HR Quality, PT BEL Collaborates with BLK to Conduct Cooling Technique Training

Nagan Raya, BERITAMERDEKA.net - To improve the quality of Human Resources (HR), PT Bara Energi Lestari cooperates with the Job Training Agency (BLK) of Nagan Raya to conduct Cooling Technique training for youth in villages around the company's operations.

Muhammad Johansyah, Head of BLK Nagan Raya, Tuesday, July 7, 2022, said, as the party appointed as the executor of this cooling technique training, his party welcomes and gives appreciation for the development and empowerment program carried out by PT Bara Energi Lestari.

"Previously, PT BEL has carried out mobile phone service training and this time again conducting refrigeration technique training for youth, the aim is of course to increase capacity and ability to face the world of work," he said.

He hopes that the participants can take the training which will be held for 25 days in the BLK building seriously, so that the knowledge gained can be used to face the world of work later.

"We hope to make it easier for our young people to face the challenges of the world of work, or who are already working, of course, this is an effort to increase their capacity," he said.

PT Bara Energi Lestari's Head of External Relations and CSR Department, Agus Salim, said this program was implemented as one of the company's manifestations in terms of community empowerment.

"This training is carried out with the hope that it can help the 13 youths participating in the training in facing competition in the world of work and improving the economy," he said.
