Occupational Health and Safety
Strategic policies related to occupational health and safety in every work activity of the company are as follows:
- Always provide the best working environment to ensure that employees and contractors are free from possible occupational injuries and illnesses.
- Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) will be the top priority in all aspects of the Company's operations.
- All company parties and their contractors are responsible for following established work procedures and standards and maintaining motivation for safe working behavior in their environment.
Environment
We are committed to managing the Environment as part of the sustainability of the company and the surrounding ecosystem. The policies implemented by the company are as follows:
- Always uphold the implementation of environmental management to reduce environmental impacts due to mining operations in its working area.
- All parties, from management and employees of the Company and its contractors, are obliged to act environmentally friendly in their work.
- Environmental principles include pollution prevention, management and protection of environmental quality due to mining operations, reclamation of ex-mining land and utilization of post-mining land according to its designation, maintaining biodiversity, supervision and management of Hazardous and Toxic Materials (B3) and conservation of the excavation material itself.
