Infrastructure
In an effort to support and maximize production, the company plans to build all supporting infrastructure for mining operations up to the coal loading into barges for marketing.

The feasibility study on the development of integrated coal operational infrastructure was started in mid-2011 by a qualified consultant. Following the analysis, the construction of the infrastructure began in 2012. The infrastructure will carry out the transportation/delivery of coal produced from the mining area, which is about 12.3 km from the coast. Coal is transported using trucks and conveyors via Hauling Road to the temporary piling in the turning area and then transported to the stockpile in the Special Terminal area using the Overland Conveyor (OLC) system. Coal loading from the Tersus stockpile area will be carried out using the Barge Loading Conveyor System (BLCS).
